ธนาคารควรจะคัดพนักงานที่บริการดีมาทำงานเหมือนกับธนาคารอื่น ไป SCB สาขาบ้านผือทีไรหัวร้อนทุกทีทำงานก็ช้าบริการก็ไม่ค่อยดีล่าสุดถ้าแอพธนาคาร ล็อกบัญชีเป็นปกติแต่เข้าแอพไม่ได้ไม่มีเอกสารแสดงรายได้ธนาคารก็ไม่ช่วยนั่งรอหลายชั่วโมงให้เราไปคุยกับคอลเซ็นเตอร์ของธนาคารเอาทั้งที่ไปสาขา พนักงานมัวแต่นั่งเล่นโทรศัพท์ แม้แต่วันที่ไปเปิดบัญชี ไปนั่งรอคิวตั้งแต่เที่ยงแค่สองคิวรอจน 4 โมงเย็น จนผู้จัดการมาเห็นแล้วถามค่อยได้ทำทุรกรรม ภาพรวมคือแย่ครับสาขานี้

Scan กำลังจะโอนแล้วเพิ่งมาบอกให้อัพเดท โคตรเสียเวลา แอพก็ช้าอยู่แล้วยังจะเป็นแบบนี้อีก
ระบบการสมัครบัตรเครดิต
สมัครบัตรเครดิตช่วงกลางคืน ทำได้จนขั้นตอนสุดท้าย ระบบแจ้งกลับว่าได้รับข้อมูลแล้ว พอสายๆ วันถัดมา มี SMS แจ้งมาว่า ให้สมัครใหม่ เนื่องจากเวลาที่สมัคร ตรงกับเวลาที่ธนาคารปรับปรุงข้อมูลพอดี พอจะกดสมัครใหม่ ปรากฎว่าระบบล็อค ไม่ให้สมัครใหม่ ถามเจ้าหน้าที่ ๆ บอดว่าต้องรออีก 30 วัน 1. ไม่ควรให้สมัครได้ในช่วงเวลาที่ธนาคารปรับปรุงข้อมูล 2. ถ้ายกเลิกรายการเนื่องจากสาเหตุดังกล่าว ควรให้ลูกค้าสมัครใหม่ได้ ไม่ใช่รออีกเป็นเดือน
