You have to delete the app and its cache and reinstall to get it working. What an amateurish effort. They need to hire better programmers. -- thomasgazillion, 2026-04-27 ### ***** "Camera" Trying to scan your scratch off tickets is a joke. Camera won’t focus unless you’re so far away that it can’t even read the barcode and there is no option for zoom or focus. Aggravating!!! -- Amitche, 2026-02-17 ### *---- "Agree" App is totally a mess. It just spins and spins and will not do anything. Sometimes you cannot even close it. I totally agree with horrible. -- Doloreswright, 2026-02-11 ### **--- "Inconsistent" This app will frustrate you. Every morning between 12-12:30 am the app is down for maintenance AND it STILL runs like garbage every day. You would think with all the lottery money South Carolina takes in that they could create and maintain a better app. I don’t know who does the coding but fire them all, start over, and do better. -- ZeezNutzz, 2026-02-02 ### *---- "Horrible" This app is pathetic. Nothing ever works. The scanner works maybe once every 30 days. How can we be sure the scanner is actually providing us with the correct results due to its abysmal performance? Have some of us won hundreds or thousands of dollars and don’t even know it because the scanner never works right? Many times it will not let you login. I keep thinking that it will get an upgrade but it never does. The North Carolina state lottery app is 1000 times better than what South Carolina has to offer. The only thing the South Carolina lottery app has over North Carolina is that you can use your Face ID to login but that’s only when it works. The players club is a joke as the number of coins that you need to redeem to enter second chance drawings or sweepstakes is way too high. Plus, the options that you get are poor, such as entering a drawing to win a lousy $500 but need 50 coins. Why not step up the game like other state lottery’s apps such as Florida and North Carolina where you can win much more and do so much more? You can’t even purchase tickets on the South Carolina app, so lame. -- Whocaresdou2, 2026-02-02 ### ****- "iPhone 16pro max" It will not scan tickets using iPhones android yes iPhones no WHY ???? -- Mbaverizon, 2026-01-26 ### *---- "Scanner" The scanner to check the tickets is abysmal. Stop controlling it. It shouldn't take more than a minute to get a scan. -- Esco211, 2026-01-17 ### *---- "Hit or miss" I don’t trust it’s loading my 2nd chances, I don’t trust it’s entering my points, most times I have to enter the site 2 or 3 times just to check tickets. You would think the money SC lottery is making off the people they would have a working website. -- Beauawhile, 2025-12-21 ### *---- "Meh" I’ll give it more stars when I can buy tickets on the app. -- Donuthat, 2025-12-21 ### *---- "Glitches" This app needs serious updates. -- The butterfly of LA, 2025-12-20 [View all SCEL Players’ Club Rewards reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## SCEL Players’ Club Rewards Discovered Keywords - lottery ticket scan - the players club - sc lottery app ## Apps Similar to SCEL Players’ Club Rewards - [Tennessee Lottery Official App](https://apptail.io/app/tennessee-lottery-official-app-uNAb/united-states) - [Georgia Lottery Official App](https://apptail.io/app/georgia-lottery-official-app-vaBb/united-states) - [Virginia Lottery Official App](https://apptail.io/app/virginia-lottery-official-app-ebBb/united-states) - [NC Lottery Official Mobile App](https://apptail.io/app/nc-lottery-official-mobile-app-fbBb/united-states) - [MD Lottery](https://apptail.io/app/md-lottery-QqBb/united-states) - [Official WV Lottery App](https://apptail.io/app/official-wv-lottery-app-WsBb/united-states) - [Peace Center](https://apptail.io/app/peace-center-ivFc/united-states) - [Catawba Two Kings Casino](https://apptail.io/app/catawba-two-kings-casino-rfNm/united-states) - [Lottery Ticket Scanner App](https://apptail.io/app/lottery-ticket-scanner-app-JNOq/united-states) - [SC Ticket Scanner](https://apptail.io/app/sc-ticket-scanner-bFbv/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
