Scenario: Guided Visualization

I have been using Scenario for over a week and the visualizations are amazing. I provide a specific stress pain point, questions around the stress help drill down the triggers most related to the issue causing stress. Then the app provides, in story/scenario visualization how the stress plays out and how to address the stress is the scenario. So logical. So helpful. So amazing. Honestly I found Scenario to be in many ways more helpful than therapy and more insightful on providing tools to help manage my specific stress and anxiety. Truly. Brilliant app.

I've been feeling overwhelmed lately and this app helped me process my feelings and get unstuck. I stopped overthinking my situation and was able to communicate thoughtfully and clearly to my husband after using the app.

App keeps breaking

So much of a successful interaction is being prepared and having rehearsed and role played out the scenarios beforehand. The Scenario App is a real helper in this way. Just like I never drive someplace without Waze direction, I can see the same with never going into an interaction that I’m not as confident as I’d like to be, without first working it through with Scenario App. Great use of technology that helps!

When I first found the app, I wasn’t sure I’d be into it but the idea was refreshing and I had a lot on my mind. Ever since use 1 however, this has become an almost weekly routine for me. I now use it in advance of any conversation or engagement I know might be challenging. Give it a go! You’ll be impressed.
