No way to login constantly even with apple face. Always logged out now and then. Super annoying

UPDATE Stupid app I can’t get into. Says server error suddenly lol. Have to use banking app (which works no problem) to get into the scene app. Don’t have this with other apps. And they don’t even care, no fixes, no responses. Look at MOST RECENT reviews, they all are 1&2 star and have major issues with the app. I saw 2 out of 50 or more reviews that were 4 or 5 star. They all complain about can’t get in, faceID, and poor UI/app. All of them. And what is the response to an overwhelming report of a junk app? NOTHING. Cheap company with a bad attitude, and doesn’t care about customers. EVERY single time it asks for Face ID and then I have to enter my login info anyway. Then EVERY single time I have to get a verification code. And to get a verification code, you MUST have a phone to receive a text or call. Talk about useless and stupid. I can get in easier to a bank account and see my Scene points and things there. If you do get in it’s pretty broken and convoluted and unappealing, and nothing stands out to bring me back. Seriously bad. Any bank or credit card or cineplex or other apps aren’t this bad or stupid. To get into your scene points, it’s easier to use your Scotiabank account than go directly!! If you get in, wading through the myriad of tabs that really don’t offer much, you click on a link that seems promising, only to open a browser tab in the app, that you have to reject cookies every time, and then it wants you to login to see the offers when you are already logged into your {}!! account in the app!!!! Who writes this piece of art??? This is supposed to entice people to spend money at places and this app sucks the life out of that. PC optimum is not a great program, and the hot app has gone downhill, yet it works better than this, and actually mainly works. For a rewards program, this app just sucks. I would love to see PC Optimum points at Cineplex instead and drop this junk.

I've been using the Scene+ app for a while now, and unfortunately, it's been a bit of a frustrating experience. Every time I log in, I have to manually enter my Scene number and password, which is a hassle. It even asks me to enable Face ID, but never actually saves this setting, so I end up going through the same steps each time. On top of that, the accumulation of points is incredibly slow. It feels like it takes ages to rack up enough for something worth redeeming, making the whole process feel not really worth the effort. Overall, while the app has potential, these ongoing issues make it a less-than-ideal experience.

I have had to keep trying to log into this app many times and my profile keeps getting logged out . I have better luck with my banking app and not this junk . If it honestly worked like it said I’d be happy but every odd time I have to put my number and passcode back in most times when I asked to stay logged in proves this app sucks and is very frustrating !!!.

The app works fine I guess. The outfit is awful. I spent $250 at Sobeys and got 10 points. That’s like… 10 cents! Or is it a dollar? Who cares. If I used my PC at Zehrs or No Frills I would have got about $30 in points. This outfit is sad. I recommend getting a PC account asap! It’s real grocery money you can use now.

Many times I’m standing in line to pay for groceries and the app requires me to log in. Who has their log in info with them while standing in line? I miss out on points often.

Having hard time using my points to buy e-gift cards as it keep logging me out or saying only support curtains apps. After I downloaded those apps and still having the same issue

I get regularly sign ed out from the app and it is a pain to sign in last minute at cashier with all the password and mfa!! I don’t understand why this is happening on a phone with Face ID, etc…!! All other reward programs are always signed in.
