## Scentbird Perfume Box Reviews in United States

### *---- "Unprofessional"
I have placed an order and two weeks later I still haven’t received my package. There’s no one to contact via phone. Just an automated email response. Very unprofessional and I’m inclined to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and have this company investigated.
-- Gods Boyx, 2025-01-05

### *---- "bugs"
i was thrill to use scentbird app and enjoy surfing there until bug that kept glitch and won’t let me surf anymore so i don’t know when app will be fixed, i even delete app and refresh it and it kick me out and wont let me log in. so lame. might quit scentbird if app still acted up
-- Zalekin24, 2025-01-04

### ***** "The Biggest"
Awesomeness…
-- 210SouthPaw15, 2024-12-31

### ***-- "i’m not a robot??"
got locked out because it thinks i’m a robot i’ve tried several times many different ways and nothing
-- hottdamitscam, 2024-12-30

### ***** "Fun subscription"
Favorite subscription I’ve ever done! Not sure why there are negative reviews. App is super easy to use and it’s fun to get new scents every month. I have my queue built out for a year so if something isn’t available it just goes to the next available, no biggie. My only constructive criticism is that you used to be able to click on the “featured notes” and it would describe them but that feature is missing now. Bring that back!
-- Cool Mom 52, 2024-12-26

### ***** "Niiice"
I love this app. I can see what I want.
-- wrekonciled, 2024-12-26

### *---- "TERRIBLE!!!"
DO NOT BUY, ITS A SCAM!!
-- Angered-Customer, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Abysmal"
On my fourth shipment. Out of four, they have managed to bungle three of them. Constantly late, sent to wrong address, broken. Things happen but the customer service is also terrible. Like they’re doing you a favor getting you the stuff you paid for a month late.
-- Grneyedgod, 2024-12-23

### ***** "Smooth"
Very light and refreshing
-- Jovani.c, 2024-12-17

### *---- "extremely hard to cancel"
its worse than any company i’ve dealt with so far, they just dont give you the option of canceling your subscription online, on the app, or on a phone call 24/7, they opted for a hidden email in terms and conditions. it literally just sends you to their automated IT response queue where you hope a human will actually get to you on time before your subscription is charged on your bank account that you cannot delete at all either! strange how they are seemingly tricking and locking in the customer! for a smell good company, this tactic stinks. do better dude
