ScheduleFly is helpful for checking my restaurant schedule, seeing messages, and keeping track of shift changes. The app is simple and does the basic job, which I appreciate. But it still feels a little outdated and not as smooth as it should be. Notifications, calendar syncing, and shift-trade alerts could be much better. For restaurant workers, this app is important, so reliability matters a lot. Good idea and useful overall, but it needs a more modern, intuitive update.

I try to take days off in this app and it never shows my requests and always glitches. For example, I go to take off work the first Saturday in May and it marks in the app that I took off EVERY SINGLE Saturday in May. This app is conflicting with my schedule and I have to go the extra mile to bother my bosses about what days I can and can’t work because this app doesn’t know how to corporate.

Would be nice if you could link you schedule to you Apple or Google Calendar. Also would be nice if contact in for employees would easier to export to phone for management use.  Can we also get a dark version? Or is there one and I’m missing it?

By far, the most non user friendly app there is for anything !!  The WIW app is definitely a superior “Work Scheduler” app.  Everything they say this app does, it doesn’t.  Way more steps and procedures to do something compared to WIW !!  Kinda like Yelp, I had to give 1 star but deserves a negative star !  Do yourself a favor and don’t download it !!

### *---- "Dookie Dogwater App"
It’s so barbaric and outdated. To request off, you tap on the day you want, it brings you to that week (sun-sat), and you have to request off each individual day both for lunch and dinner shifts, and provide a reason for each individual day. The UI feels like it was only for a website, it’s slow, unresponsive, I don’t know why anyone would switch to this app, unless it’s a bunch of out of touch executives.

Can’t get notifications when someone puts a shift up for grabs, despite what it tells you online, it won’t sync your schedule to your google/apple calendar. Also, time off requests and availability setting being in the same place doesn’t make any sense. I should be able to set what days I work in one area, and make requests for a day off in another area.

It’s nice getting updates about shift changes or trades, etc but it’d be even more helpful if there was an option to receive Message Wall post notifications.

This program is awful. I wish my employer would switch. I can't get notifications no matter what I do. The only thing I can get is a text when my schedule is posted. Being unable to be alerted when people drop shifts for me to be able to work more and make more money is a huge issue. Also can't believe you can't link to your calendar. This is all basic stuff.
