Latency - look it up
Slowest app in my phone and sometimes it doesn’t even work at all due to the latency.

The only thing I wish Scheels would do is incorporate ID.me for veterans verification to get that 15% I get in store

Gift cards
My gift cards are saying they are loaded but when I try to use them there is a error.
Mostly Good
This app is easy to use and useful. In my humble opinion, it is missing one feature that would make it better! The store asks for my phone number, so obviously they are tracking my purchases. With that, I wish that I could see the in store purchases on the app as well. That would be so beneficial!
App vs website
I was having trouble paying for a online order using gift card balance and it only wanted new money , All morning I was going around in circles on the website then I used the phone app and in three minutes I was able to order and pay using the money still on my gift card using my phone .
