I find Scheels visa hard to work with- they don’t allow more than one account on there so each month must enter all routing etc if want to chg - also when theee is a problem they don’t email or text - just let you go the whole time not knowing a payment did t go through.

Can’t save more than one payment account, to pay with different accounts I have to retype routing and acct number each time. It only saves the last acct paid with. Also, I cant schedule more than one payment at a time. Every other credit card I own allows multiple payments and payment accounts. This app is so outdated.

As a Premier member, I’ve been increasingly disappointed with each update, as they continue to remove key features—especially the ability to easily track spending. This app used to be great, but the loss of functionality is making it more frustrating to use. If this trend continues, I will be canceling my card and taking my business elsewhere for both my credit card and sporting goods purchases.

I was in Spain and had difficulty with some transactions. It would work at some vendors and not at others. Also, my card had an unauthorized transaction in November, got a new card. In December, I called in in response to a text from card issuer, stating I had not received my new card and was in another state, thus , I could not use my account, however, multiple transactions (about10-12) were authorized after I called and stated that I had yet to receive the card.
