This is an app that needs updating ASAP!

This app does not work, why does the company have it available for download at all? Totally unprofessional. Sorry to have gotten this system installed in our home.

Literally every time I tap an icon in the app, it crashes. Useless.

After meticulously creating a schedule on the last version of the app, the save button has been moved in the newer version. This makes it impossible to save changes as the save button is now too close to the bottom of my iPhone and when I try to tap it it exits the screen without saving. Such a pain, and unfortunate that it wasn’t caught in testing. The floor is great the app is not.

The app interface should at least let you be able to the same things the web interface does. But there is no away mode for a group. This would get the app a two star review. It’s 2023. The gold UX standard is to delight the user by exceeding expectations with form and function. This app doesn’t even come close to meeting expectations. Why even develop wifi capabilities if they’re not even being used?

Schluter’s entire thermostat system is horrible. Using either the app or using the thermostat directly is inconsistent. Sometimes the temps store but most of the time it just reverts back even after saving. I think they expect you to set it and leave it even in the Summer!!!!!! I don’t think the company ever considers feedback or they would have fixed this. I have called and they have no answers

Settings will not stay after saving. Make the change over and over and over, and then FINALLY saves, but sometimes still switches back to default schedule and/or temp setting. Also to add to the fun, the App crashes constantly. Never hated an app so much. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!

What a horrible app. It has been the same since release. Clearly Schluter is not investing any money on their systems or their app. The system does not integrate with any home apps either. No HomeKit not Matter integration. I have 6 thermostats at home and after investing all the money it feels like I bought into the 1980s.

Every time I try to save a setting, the app closes and settings remain the same.

This app can be easily fixed: make it a one-screen app with a settings window like Nest’s thermostat app. Honestly, you have to drill in and out for every adjustment, and the current temp is often different from the thermostat. It’s just a really badly design UI/UX, which is really weird given how many other apps have this figured out and Schluter has literally dozens of easy examples of other companies that they could use as a guide. Feels like an old, busted company.
