## Schnucks Rewards Reviews in United States

### *---- "Watch Your Coupons"
We started shopping at Schnucks when we moved and it was closer. Some digital coupons we’ve clipped aren’t honored at checkout and it’s been an ongoing issue. When I last contacted customer service they acknowledged one should have been honored but they keep telling me I picked the wrong item when we know that isn’t true. And CS offered no help, no offer to fix this, and no offer to pay back the amount we should’ve received. They basically implied I pound sand. We’re done with them and will continue to use Kroger and Dierbergs, even though they are farther away, where issues are always fixed immediately and with care and generosity.

### ***** "Simple and effective"
I can easily navigate between in-store and curbside/delivery modes to build my cart. Clipping coupons is easy. Cool features like lighting up the digital tags to find items while I’m in the store.
-- Acn242, 2025-06-13

### **--- "Make a coupon “clip all” feature"
I know I can’t be the only person who would find the app much easier if there was just a “clip all” feature instead of making me spend 5 minutes going through them all.
-- Jnet89146, 2025-03-03

### *---- "Looks good, but can’t use it"
Sure the app looks good. But it refuses to let me finish making my account. I put in my personal info and it just keeps spinning and won’t finalize my account. Thankfully it works in store, but it’s incredibly frustrating that I can’t use the app. My partner has the exact same issue when they tried to make an account 2 YEARS ago. How you have the same bug that prevents people from creating an account is beyond me. FIX THE APP
-- Ftggthyeherd, 2025-02-16

### **--- "How the ads display."
When I receive the weekly ad , a lot of the time I’m on my IPad. Why does the weekly ad not fill the screen. Instead the weekly ad shows in a strip that I’m constantly having to adjust and enlarge in able to read it. It works on the phone okay but the screen is even smaller then. Maybe you need to have an app that is also exclusive for tablets and laptops just to read the weekly ad.

### ***** "Finding things is easier"
I shop at a couple different Schnucks stores, and I really appreciate the update that automatically changes the store when you walk into it. Therefore, the ability to search for an item in each store is made easier and the digital price tags with the flashing blue light are simply awesome! I’ve only done the remote shopping once, by doing the pick up, but that was a seamless experience. Very, very pleased.

### *---- "APPLE ID"
Went to log in day before Christmas was logged out & was no option to log in with your associated apple ID, which is what i signed up with 4+ years ago….whatever did my shopping at walmart. come back today….still logged out & no option to log in with apple id! i even have my email BLOCKED so its sent thru a burner email! this is ridiculous!
-- hiavajava, 2025-01-12

### ***-- "Bring back apple sign in"
I initially signed in with my Apple account and that option is no longer available so now I am unable to see or use my rewards.
-- Jamestown1019, 2025-01-10

### ***-- "Not letting me log in"
Why is it every time I try to log into my Schnucks app or the website it makes me make a new account? I already have one and the system knows that to. So why is it not letting me log in? I need to get to my coupons so I can feed my kids. Other than that, the app is phenomenal. The UI is good and easy to read, I can see the product description, and I have an array of options to choose from. Love the app just let me log in please. Thank you.
-- Pinkie.pop, 2024-12-28

### *---- "What a UI disaster!"
I downloaded it to give it a try, but what an unusable mess. Didn’t show prices for some items I searched for, then demanded I create an account before I could simply add items to a list/cart. Instant delete.
