## School Bus Hub Mobile Description
School Bus Hub Mobile application enables parents and authorized caretakers to subscribe to a service that provides student pick-up and drop-off notifications and the location of the student's bus on a Live map. Using the installed app, the subscriber registers for the service by providing required school and student ID details. The application provides email and push notifications based on user-specified preferences. This service only works with Safe Fleet routing products that provide the relevant bus stop information.

I am getting 2-6 notifications every hour at 0:13 for the last several school days. I have over 90 emails and I’ve turned the email setting off!

This app has been in use at my son’s schools district since last year but worked exactly one day until last Friday. Now the notifications will not stop!!

I will guess it works 50% of the time, which in school terms, this equals to an E for failing.  It will log me out sometimes and if the driver is in a substitute bus, it doesn’t work.  So frustrating.  This is a great idea in theory and a safety feature for students who are waiting at the bus stops by themselves, especially for females,  but it needs to work consistently!

App and website are never up. Useless for parents. Schools should find another service that is accurate and reliable. 

Great concept if the system actually worked. Back to waiting at the bus stop and wondering when  the bus will come around.

### *---- "Seriously the worst"
The app barely works. When it does work, the bus location isn’t accurate. It’ll randomly sign you out of the app and then deny your access telling you that your credentials aren’t correct. No matter how many times you change your password, it still won’t let you in. Until randomly one day it decides it likes the same password you changed it to. I can’t believe they are scamming school systems into paying for this trash.

Never tracks the bus. It is nice when it works. But 9 times out of 10, it is completely useless and says that “This Student is not on any route or bus yet”. So I don’t know if only so many people are able to use it at once but this is horrible. I hope my school district uses something else and soon.

It’s hit or miss if the buses show up on their route. I have two kids who get on different buses right about the same time. When the app is working, it seems to have trouble changing from one child’s profile to the other. This is extremely frustrating when trying to figure out which bus I’m looking at as they are not labeled.

If I could write zero stars, I would our school system adopted this app and aside from being able to see my son on the bus once I have yet to be able to see the app work properly, since it constantly says that my student is not on a bus when they clearly are and if it wasn’t for my Apple AirTag that is attached to my son’s book bag I wouldn’t actually know if he was on the bus or not. Horrible waste of our public school system dollars.
