App does not work
I have an IPhone 14 Pro Max and the videos would open but then close. It’s frustrating to not be able to watch the videos on my phone when I don’t have a computer. Please fix this!

Lectures Videos Dont Work
Th app allows you to use the flash cards on the go. Which they would improve the format of the formulas.
Keep receiving a "Data Not Found" error when opening the app. No problem using this app on desktop or Android, only on ios.
Too many times have I tried to use the app and a pop up says “ No Data Found”. I’m connected to WiFi so there shouldn’t be a problem but it happens regularly on my iPad. Very frustrating when I’m moving onto a new unit and need the course materials but can’t get into my account…
It states that I can’t access my FE general class videos “product” from the app. I am not sure what else I would use this app for. Is it just the FE general exam prep class, or are there other courses that are also not supported on the application? It is disappointing.
This is (I think) my first google review ever. The School of PE is trying to take advantage of the pandemic to *double charge* customers who had purchased their service to study for tests that were canceled due to the COVID-19. I was registered for the April 2020 PE in California, which was canceled. I then had to move to NY for my job in September 2020, which made it completely impossible to register for the October 2020 PE exam. I did not log on to the School of PE once between April 2020 and up until a few days ago. When I asked them to restore my service because my April 2020 test was canceled, and there was no way for me to take the October 2020 PE, they told me “Sure, we can restore your service—for $700!” When I called to clear up the situation, I was accused of “trying to take advantage of the pandemic” when I literally had not ever finished using their service (probably only ever watched 20% of the videos) and literally upended my life mid-pandemic to move across the country just to stay employed. Truly disgusted.
