This app is frustrating and numerous messages to the developer have not resulted in an appropriate remedy. The app does not allow me to mark the messages a ‘read’ so it appears as though I have several emails unread messages all the time. The app developer is aware. But is seemingly unwilling to fix the problem after several messages and months.

Good app for seeing school messages and reporting absences. One feature that it could really use is a way to select messages and mark as read without having to open each message.

The fact that messages are processed immediately makes the app more efficient. The app is easy to use. Keep it up

Easy to use / navigate esp fo receiving school information and reporting absences of kids.

Signed up after numerous attempts. The error messages are not clear. Kept saying I needed a number for the password which was there! Came to find out a capital is also required but the error message on the UI kept saying number is required instead. Horrible user experience. Now I can’t even report my kids absences. I have 3 kids and all names appear correctly on Contacts but in Attendance only one kid appears even if I select All. Did this app even get tested before launch! Additionally absences can only be reported in advance. Can’t report absences on the same day which is probably 90% of the time when you want to report it. Seems like a wasteful investment on this app to cover 10% scenarios. Not worth it!

I assume all parents are using it. Quite convenient

I can't see the calendar, I can't report absence, apart from my information nothing can be done

Report absence option was not visible as been using it for long time. To my surprise I deleted and reinstalled app and it started working. Please fix this bug

App doesn’t mark messages as read. Been this way for months with no fix!

My child was late for one period. I only had the option to mark that he was absent the entire day. Very frustrating.
