Too many ads
The ads are very distracting and sometimes make reading messages confusing.
Reloads constantly on iPhone
The Classtag program works great, however whenever I open the app on my phone, it constantly reloads so I can’t type any messages. Other than that, I have no issues.
Not a fan
I have had nothing but problems with this app. Half the time I can’t open it when the notification comes in indicating that the teacher has sent a message. It’s not very user friendly at all.
Can’t login anymore
I’m having so much trouble login to this app, I’m kind of stuck in a loop where it says I have no account but I know I have one and it continuously ask me for a code (for some reason, you need a code just to sign up) that doesn’t work anyway. And if I don’t have an account, as the app tells me, why am I spammed with all those ads from Classtag in my mailbox then?
Good, but...
I haven’t been able to open the app for quite some time. There are messages from my child’s teacher that I can’t read.
It’s ok could be better
I wish I could delete old conversations and classrooms. It works well to communicate with my parents. It can be slow sometimes. Wish it had a calendar.
Can we get a feature to add a photo album?
Otherwise great
Too Slow...
The capabilities of the app are great but it takes too long to load. If I am switching from the home page to my inbox it takes way too long to acknowledge that I have clicked to see a different screen. If this could be fixed then ClassTag would be truly amazing
On it’s way...
To becoming amazing. It is much more complete than similar apps. One area that is keeping it from a 5* review is the time adjustment. When setting the time you can’t just enter it you have tap until it rolls around to the correct time.
