Terrible costumer service!
The reorganized app is less intuitive and functional. Outage map is harder to find and the button functions no longer work.
The app (when it works) is great and informative. The company squeezes your pocket book but the app is ok.
I enter all my information and it wont create account
Won’t accept my info. Says no account when I try to log in, and information is incorrect if I try to set up an account. Cant have it both ways.
You can no longer report power outages via phone--they refer you to this app, which just so happens to crash every single time you attempt to submit outage report!
Better than having to call in to report an outage.
This app is horrible. It won’t even load your log in info. Let alone do anything else. Just sits and spins forever. Waste of space
App constantly crashes and gets locked up on the login screen. The ui is much larger then the screen so everything looks blown up and in your face. They’re also crazy expensive I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and pay almost 200$ when I lived in a 2bed room house I payed 100$ if that! Avoid places that have anything to do with any remc company!
