The Sciensus Intouch app helps you manage your healthcare journey. Get notified when your prescription is ready and easily schedule your medication deliveries. With our medication reminders you will stay on top of your medication and never miss out again. The app’s simple interface and useful features puts you in control of your health and makes it easier to stay on top of your wellbeing.  
 
How our app can help you 

Track your prescription: Stay up to date on the progress of your prescription and get notified when it’s ready. 
 
Clinician training visits:  With the first medication delivery, eligible patients will be able to schedule clinician training visits to learn how to administer the medication. Choose a date that suits you in the app.  

Manage your medication deliveries: Easily adjust your delivery preferences, add items like sharp bins or wipes and manage it all from your phone.  

Live delivery tracking: Monitor your delivery in real-time with a live map showing your driver’s location and remaining stops.  

Update delivery details: Modify your delivery time or address for upcoming deliveries – in case your plans change.  

Medication reminders: Never forget a dose with customisable medication reminders. Snooze them if needed, mark when you’ve taken your medication and even add medications not supplied by Sciensus.  

Injection site tracker: Record where you inject your medication to make it easier to keep track and help you choose a new site next time.  

Pain & symptom diary:  Consistent tracking of symptoms helps identifying patterns in pain severity and potential triggers. Download a report and share with healthcare professionals.

I was disappointed this morning with my delivery, usually the drivers are aware that the people they deliver to are disabled and take longer to get to the door. Today however the driver knocked and 10 seconds later was going back to his van, luckily I got to the door before he left

When choosing a password the Apple complex password doesn’t meet the complexity requirements for the app forcing you to make a ridiculously complicated password up yourself, just accept the Apple offered one for goodness sakes, make users lives easier.

Before I could easily track which side I administer medication, now can’t find the option. The only reason ayi downloaded the app was to track that.

I can’t rely on this app to remind me to take my medication, as it constantly logs me out / says I’m not on any medications (when I am and get them delivered) and then deletes my reminder notifications! It wouldn’t let me log in sixth months ago and I emailed and received no reply (this eventually fixed itself).

I find the app ok to book my medication deliveries but when it comes to the delivery date that’s where it falls apart. The app will show which delivery number I am on the route and which delivery the driver is on and the map. But for the last few deliveries the map doesn’t update and nor does the current delivery number of the driver. Also, not app related but the text messages informing me that I am the next delivery are also not always correct and I get it after receipt of  my medications.

The app is a brilliant tool for scheduling orders and medication dates.
It means I’m more in control and no longer have to wait for a phone call to arrange delivery. Also, for routine stuff, it saves time as I don’t have to wait in a queue for my call to be answered. I was surprised that I couldn’t amend my address details myself. However, my email was answered and dealt with very  promptly.
