## SCO-CERTS Description
SCO-CERTS (SCOcerts) allows users to create and manage electronic certificates for the electrical industry. This app enables users to create and edit certificates without needing an internet connection. Electrical certificates are based on IET wiring regulations.

SCO-CERTS IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SELECT MEMBERS (Scotland's Electrical Trade Association for the electrical contracting industry).

Please note: The app will INITIALLY request a connection to the internet which will exchange data between the server and the device. After the database updates are installed (when required) and synchronisation has taken place (which isn't required when the engineer is on-site) the app can be freely taken on site with no internet connection.

The old system was far better this was tested by one of the most lazy and useless groups ever. (Fife council) takes far longer to do anything adding new reports is a nightmare. Haven’t stored any of our basic information and is not worth the fee we pay for it.
