Stand 09.10.2024 ist die Anwendung sehr schlecht; nach dem Update wurde nicht nur die Karte aus der Anwendung entfernt, sondern auch viele nützliche Informationen. Bilden Sie eine Arbeitsgruppe zu diesem Thema, das ist eine Katastrophe. Führen Sie Mitarbeiterbefragungen durch, ich bin selbst Mitarbeiter und sie werden Ihnen genau sagen, was korrigiert werden muss. Ich glaube, dass eine Anwendung durch ein Update nicht schlechter, sondern besser werden sollte.

Ich nutze die App für die Arbeit. Bevor ich mein Diensthandy bekam musste ich diese App auf meinem privaten Smartphone benutzen und sie hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen dass die Akkuleistung am Gerät extrem gesunken ist. Wenn man vor Dienstbeginn nicht mit 100% Akkuladestand gestartet hat war man sich schon nicht sicher ob man den Tag übersteht. Auch aus Datenschutz-Sicht empfinde ich diese App für die Arbeit sehr fragwürdig.

Das letzte von Ihnen durchgeführte Scoober Update enthält viele Mängel und Fehler, die so schnell wie möglich behoben werden müssen Ich werde nur einige davon erwähnen. 1. Ein Fehler in den Adressen. Wenn wir eine Navigationsanwendung öffnen, basiert sie auf dem Kopieren der geografischen Koordinaten, die uns eine ungefähre Adresse, aber nicht die genaue Adresse des Kunden anzeigen. 2. Kundendaten werden uns erst angezeigt, wenn wir den Erhalt des Essens bestätigen, Dies bedeutet, dass wir nicht mehr abschätzen können, wie lange das Restaurant benötigt, bis das Essen fertig ist, Früher konnten wir dies anhand des Bestellpreises abschätzen, Dies half uns, die benötigte Zeit abzuschätzen, und dann könnte der Fahrer auf die Toilette gehen, etwas essen oder sogar rauchen. 3. Das Design des Programms ist unpraktisch geworden, da es mehr Schritte ohne erkennbaren Nutzen erfordert.

Unpräzise Location spart Akku und Nerven.

Das “interne“ GPS schickt einen oft an absolut falsche Adressen und zieht den Akku ohne Ende leer. 

Unnötiger Stress, Vielen Dank Thuizbezorgt. 

Der interne Dispatcher Chat ist nicht besser, unpersönlich, verzögert und unnützlich.

Ich fahr mit dem Roller und meistens wird mein Standort erst 20 Sekunden nach dem ich losgefahren bin aktualisiert und zeigt den richtungspfeil falschrum an so das man nicht sehen kann solang man fahren muss; es wäre echt gut wenn man wenigstens die Adressen copy Pasten könnte
