You can’t even look at the menu without adding information, then the app doesn’t even retain the location information when you order. Also, the nutrition information is outside the app which is extremely cumbersome. I have stopped using the app which means I rarely visit scooters anymore.
Made a mistake setting up an account and was unable to edit it. So I just deleted the app!
It worked fine for several weeks. Suddenly, it stopped working and says, uh oh something went wrong. Please try again. I’ve lost many points, am a daily customer. Also, I have $ loaded onto my app that I can’t access.
No apple pay function, buggy location search, wont let me add debit card. Whole app is a mess.
To add to my account with the existing gift card I need to re-enter the card information. Scooters suggests getting a new gift card each time which is a waste of plastic if you can just put money on the card and re-enter the card data.
The second time I ordered through the app, I got to the store and they told me it didn’t go through so I re-ordered and paid for it only to find out later that the charge cleared my bank account. So I filed feedback through the app and checked the please follow up button and received no follow up.
I have had over $21 go missing from my credits on this app and I’ve been trying to contact customer service for over 2 weeks to help get this resolved. No one has responded at all. I’m also missing all of my transaction history too! This wouldn’t be a big deal if customer service actually cared about taking care of their customers. Missing funds are NOT okay!!!!
When you start an order in the app, the search screen says “Select a Location,” and then there’s also a pop up message that says “Please select a location to view full menu and pricing.” When you tap on a location, there’s yet another prompt to “Select Location.” These prompts are overkill. You’re turning a one-tap process into 3 or 4 taps. And several times if you have a reward to redeem, the order processing screen spins for several seconds and then times out with an error message that something went wrong. If you process the order a second time, then it goes through fine.
When placing orders on the app, I always arrive at the store to find them starting the order at that time. They say it’s because they want every drink to be fresh, so they wait until the customer arrives. The problem is that I often place very large orders. Waiting to make 8 drinks until the customer arrives not only defeats the purpose of ordering ahead but also creates a very long line in the drive-thru.
