Description

THE ONLY NAVIGATION APP FOR MICRO MOBILITY

ScootRoute is the first and only transit app that focuses in-depth on vehicles in the micromobility space, including scooters, bikes, and mopeds. Any vehicle on 2-3 wheels that travels at less than 30 mph qualifies as a micro mobility vehicle and will benefit from ScootRoute!

Find directions and plan the perfect route to your destination based on the needs of your vehicle. Stay away from hectic highways, busy streets, and steep hills. See all bike lanes and bicycle paths along your journey. Easy-to-follow audio and visual directions ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable ride to wherever you need to go!

Other navigator apps like Google Maps are great for car, truck, and on-foot travel. They sometimes help you find bike routes as well, but the support stops there with biking. The Harley-Davidson app helps moped riders find routes, but scooter and bicycle travel is out of the picture until you find a dedicated bicycle navigation app. ScootRoute combines them all to build an ideal experience for all micro mobility vehicle riders.

FOR ALL MICRO MOBILITY VEHICLE RIDERS IN THE US

ScootRoute is a great fit for anyone who rides micro mobility vehicles. Whether you’re a vehicle owner or renter, a micro mobility enthusiast or occasional rider, ScootRoute will guide you safely to your destination every time.

Map scooter routes, moped routes, bicycle and e-bike routes, or even hoverboard routes using the app’s advanced technology and GPS navigation. City transit can be difficult, but ScootRoute suggests the city routes that will work best for you. The next time you rent a city bike, you don’t have to worry about bike navigation or download another bike app.

As time goes on, more people join the scooter and biking life. Micro mobility vehicles are amazing for city dwellers who don’t own a car but hate public transportation. They’re eco-friendly and promote a more active, healthy lifestyle. And, of course, they’re a lot of fun to ride! The growing popularity of these transportation methods makes ScootRoute a must-have for anyone in the micromobility community to experience safe travel.

I loved this app till yesterday

916girl on

Great app to use for you scooters mopeds that can only go up to 35-45 mph. Until yesterday. Both my iOS and android phones 📱 stopped working. What’s happening? Have uninstalled and installed again not working. Just says error after you search for a destination.

Almost....

This App fills a gap in map software. I like to use it on my 50cc scooter to avoid fast roads. The app is a bit buggy and slow to respond, but gets the job done. I wish I could get rid of the ads. Its asks me each time to accept the terms, and to use motion data. It also only shows top down view on the map. But will all that said, its taking me new places on roads I feel comfortable on with such little horsepower.

Used to be great

This app used to work great. Now the ads cover up where to enter your address. The keyboard pops up but nowhere to enter your destination. How did this app go from being so great to completely unusable?

Help

Dude. Was super pumped on this app and then it comes spring and the new update won’t let me put in a destination. Doesn’t even tell me how long my route is. Broken app at the moment. PLEASE FIX.

Can’t map out a route after last update.

Jayjorstef on

After the last update I don’t see a way to enter a destination from my current location. What’s the point of this app if I can’t map out a route?

This is so necessary

I love this app. I’ve needed something like this for a long time. It helps so much with mopeds, scooters, escooters, and even bikes too. My only complaint is the UI could be a bit better: - I don’t like that I have to accept the terms and conditions every time I use the app (it should remember that I did until they change) - I wish it let me use addresses from my contacts -And I would to be able to tap on the map and do “directions to here”. But even with those issues, I still use it all the time because it gives good, safe routes for slower modes of transport.

Even apple maps gives safer directions

They really expect me to take the Long Island Expressway with a scooter that goes 35 mph

Great Idea

ScootRoute is awesome in helping me plan a scooter route based on my current street abilities. It would be great if it had Bluetooth ability so that you could not only plan your route, but hear the turn by turn commands on your Bluetooth device, while wearing a helmet on a noisy scooter. I’ve noticed that the “Steps” often list the wrong street names and / or travel miles, but the actual route is perfectly lined up. This app is an awesome idea that needs work.

Exactly what I wanted. Thank you

👍🏻

Doesn’t show route based on max speed

Ashiko West on

I set the speed tolerance to 25mph, but it showed me a route along El Camino Real, where the speed limit is 35. Meanwhile, there are adjacent roads with 25mph speed limits that it ignored.
