Not sure what’s happened since last year, but either changed the developer or not updated with the latest iPhone. The investments no longer allow you to see how they are performing. Just say, ‘unavailable, retry’. Or, ‘you have investments that can’t be managed here’. So no point having an app. Also, the Scottish widow’s investments don’t seem to be paying what is shown in each investment. So, for instance, the totally of my eight investments, has a growth of 30% in the last four years. Scottish Widows believe it to be less than 10%z It’s a company pension, so have no idea what I can do.
All of a sudden my pension can’t be viewed in the app, was ok yesterday but not today
App loads and I get the message “this pension cannot be used with this app” and recommends using the website…. Which opens the browser which loads a page with a link to the App Store! Genius. Even quitting and relaunching the app doesn’t trigger the log in page.
Latest update has removed ALL functionality. I can no longer use the app at all. Already a poor app it is now worthless. Who is in charge of this mess?
I’m new to this Pension App but it has everything I need and it’s quite easy to use.
I can’t access my Money4life pension in this app even though this is where it takes me for easy access with the app!!!😡😡😡
There must have been an issue with my installation of this app as after quitting and reloading, whilst the front-end had changed, I was able to access all of the parts that I’d previously been able to. I’m not all that keen on the front page as I’ve no interest in linking accounts and it now adds an extra step, but presumably some people are
The most recent update to the UI is a major step backwards. When looking at your ‘Overview’, you cannot even see all the four options clearly. As the left and right options get cut in half by the edges of the screen! You should not have to move the bottom half of the interface around to reveal the full text of the menu items. They should all be fully visible immediately. Baffling decision.
The app, although basic in functionality, used to update the value of my pension daily but now (5th June) it still showing ‘as valued 31st May’ so appears to have stopped working. Logged onto the website and that is the same. What’s going on?
