App not opening on iPhone after 6/6/24 update ..
I have just recently moved my utility services to Scottish power but after downloading your app. It doesn’t seem to be working. I have deleted and tried downloading it again and again but in vain. It gets downloaded alright but when I tried to open it, it just closes on its own. I hope you fix this issue asap. It’s not a good first impression after switching tbh. Thanks Regards AB
How about you get your incompetent app builders to update the App which continues to fail Make an extra one off card payment via the App….success according to the message it will show you..reality it’s failed, nothing happens, the transaction is never processed. Constantly crashing when trying to open App. As for unavailable because of maxed out users…try spending some of your profits making your system more robust with increased capacity. Better still stop profiteering off the public and reduce the prices. Modern day thieves nothing less. At least your website sort of works, payments actually work from there. Basics though; you can’t even get that right! Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of being a customer of.
Latest update causes app to crash as soon as it opens!!! Now unusable.
My gas meter does does not show meter readings so I have to take a meter reading this as been going on since I got my smart meter and I have had it replaced and it still does work thank you very much for smart meters that are dumb!!
I would welcome a smart meter in our property. We had one previously when we had a contract with British Gas and would like one again. Our postcode is GU7 2HL. Please send information
The app is great for viewing records of the present and recent past but is painfully slow to show changes that have been made.
On the app I give five stars as very good and easy to use. As for actually speaking to someone I have just called Scottish power and the lady on the phone called Vanessa was extremely rude seemed bored and I heard someone laughing in the background. I will be making a formal complaint of this as what details I told her were extremely personal as I have had a death in the family . I didn't expect anything from her but the lack of communication and interaction was extremely poor so I give a one star on calling an agent .
