Very poor I’ve ordered some joggers which never came and I haven’t been refunded now the app has been down for months

App dose not work on iPhone 13 used to since update now not working just black screen

Tbh the app is great and well built and Scott’s have decent sales and I will continue to buy from them. Unfortunately the app doesn’t register its stock. Iv ordered numerous times since January and into February, which equates to approximately 10% of my orders. Very poor and no information on order throughout. Usually a £200+ payment back from PayPal..

I would prefer to be offered an alternative product rather than not receiving my items more than a week after purchase. As I’ve been charged delivery for my original purchase. Yes I have received an email regarding a refund, but that will not Include my delivery charge. Therefore is a sense now I’ve reordered a new product. I’m being charged delivery twice. Which quite frankly is out of order! Just a thought to existing loyal customers you may wish to offer alternatives or at least a discount off their next purchase! Regards Mr G Theaker

Returned a pair of jeans on the 19/11/22 Scott’s revived the jeans back on the 22/11/22thats over 2 weeks ago and still have had no word this has to be very very poor service on there behalf have emailed a few times and had no response feel very let down especially at this time of the year

Awful, barely any communication from Scott’s, when they do get in touch to say order dispatched after 5 days of hearing nothing the delivery company still haven’t received the parcel from them!
