Either way too complicated or doesn’t work. Gave up after 15 minutes. Best thing was the free trial so I only wasted time, not money!
Hit and miss
I had to start the video over and over again. Maybe as it was about 7mins long but it kept freezing and there was no way to pick up where I’d left off

No free option.
I don’t want to sign up to a subscription model for a product I have not tested. Yes, I see you can trial it for three days first, but you need to register with an account to do that, so that it can automate charges after that three day day period. I have been caught out before where I have cancelled in a trial period and been charged anyway. Make a lite version that allows prospective customers to test the software before committing to a payment plan.
