I downloaded this app to cast from my IPad to a TV at an Airbnb we were staying at. The app would disconnect every 5 to 6 minutes and you would have to reboot and start the process again. Finally I cancelled the app and applied for a credit due to the app not working as stated. Apple said it would not refund me as it did not fit their criteria, even after I appealed their decision they still said no - Not acceptable under any circumstance - BEWARE.
Only free for 3 days AND you have to subscribe first to do that. You can cancel it before you get charged but it’s the principle of the thing. So frustrating in 2025 we haven’t found a way for Apple to talk to non-Apple devices without paying.
Its not working it says start casting and then the tv went black screen nothing casting! LG
This product is garbage and does not work. Just use built in screen mirroring on you iPhone. And worse, there is no free trial. When you select the heavily discounted yearly, it will charge without any trial. And when you cancel, the Apple App store will not refund . Beware
I haven’t used this since 10/16/2024 I cancelled in October January 8th 2025 they charged $7.48 to my card without my permission Apple refused my refund request beware!!
This kept timing out every 5 minutes so I had to reload it constantly. Also I didn’t feel like the quality was that great.

I tried to connect my smart tv & couldn’t get it to work. There’s no customer service & I couldn’t cancel my subscription & paid for a year!!! Don’t get roped in!
Overall, found the app to be difficult to use; it was not effective when I tried to have it work with an older smart television. Subscription updates weekly, the cost overall was unclear as there were extra charges added on to the $6.99 cost (it cost $7.57) Additionally. The app does not allow ease in unsubscribing when you no longer desire the services.
And while it shows great potential in terms of functionality and design, I can’t help but feel frustrated by its pricing model. The app offers some impressive features, but after spending just a short time exploring, I hit a paywall. To access the full range of tools or even continue using the app, I’m asked to pay a subscription fee. While I understand that developers need to generate revenue, it feels unfair to lock core features behind a paywall in an app that, frankly, should be more accessible. There are numerous similar apps out there that offer comparable functionality for free, or at the very least, provide a much more generous free tier. The decision to charge for basic features makes it difficult to justify spending money on an app that I can’t fully try out first. In today’s competitive app marketplace, users are often reluctant to pay upfront without first being able to fully explore the app’s value. I would love to see [App Name] offer a more reasonable approach—perhaps with a more extended free trial, more free features, or an affordable one-time purchase option. Until then, unfortunately, I’ll be looking elsewhere for similar functionality at no cost. Overall, I can’t recommend this app unless the pricing structure changes. For now, it’s too expensive for what it offers.
