## Screen Time Control Description
All apps are blocked. Earn them back.

Flari turns your screen time into a reward. Every morning, your distracting apps are locked. Create your plan, complete tasks, and earn minutes of screen time for each one. Want more? Do push-ups, squats, or pull-ups for bonus minutes. The more you accomplish, the more you can scroll.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Wake up. All distracting apps are already blocked.
2. Tell Flari what you need to do today - by voice or text.
3. AI creates your task list with time slots in seconds.
4. Complete a task, verify it, and earn screen time minutes.
5. Spend your earned minutes on Instagram, TikTok, games - whatever you want.
6. Run out of minutes? Do more tasks or exercise to earn more.

EARN MINUTES YOUR WAY
· Complete tasks - finish what you planned and earn minutes automatically
· Exercise - do push-ups, squats, pull-ups, and more for bonus screen time
· Build habits - maintain daily streaks and earn extra rewards
· Stay consistent - the more days in a row, the more you earn

WHY FLARI IS DIFFERENT
Most app blockers just block everything on a timer. Most planners have zero accountability. Flari turns productivity into a game: your screen time is the reward, and you earn it by doing real things. Verify tasks with photo proof. Compete with others on the leaderboard. See exactly how much you earned and where you spent it.

FEATURES
· AI Voice Planning - dictate your day, get a structured schedule in 30 seconds
· Smart App Blocking - all apps blocked by default until you earn minutes
· Minutes System - earn screen time for every completed task
· Exercise Rewards - push-ups, squats, pull-ups = bonus minutes
· Photo Verification - prove you completed tasks with photo proof
· Habit Tracker - build routines with daily streaks and verification
· Leaderboard - compete with others and see who earns the most
· Deep Work Mode - distraction-free focus sessions

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO
· Lose hours to scrolling and want to earn their screen time instead
· Have tried other blockers or planners and gave up
· Want productivity that feels like a game, not a punishment
· Want to end the day with proof they got things done

Block everything. Earn everything back.
