This is one of those apps where if you could rate it lower I would. This is the most useless app out there. I’m so glad I didn’t pay for it. It’s that bad. -- Sham mars, 2026-08-11 ### *---- "Abysmal" Should be used as a cautionary tale to UX students. Triggers recordings, which eat up the trial, doesn’t notify you of this until you wait an hour uploading a video, then tries to force you into a subscription. Has no button to close the settings menu, which means if you open it, you have to close the whole app. Can’t believe anyone made a dime putting this together. -- SimplyShawn1, 2026-08-08 ### *---- "Broken" I used it once in the second I go to open it again. It refuses to open. It’s just frozen. This is ridiculous. I want my money back. -- C VS E, 2026-07-28 ### ***** "The Ai tool I didn’t know I needed" I do not usually take the time to write reviews, but this one earned it. ScreenApp has quietly become one of the most valuable tools in my day to day workflow. It records my live meetings without friction. It captures conversations clearly. It gives me transcripts that actually make sense. And it allows me to revisit key moments without scrambling through notes or relying on memory. What really stands out is how simple it is. I open it, it works. No drama. No confusion. No complicated setup. It just does what it promises. That alone puts it ahead of most apps out there. I also use it the way I would use Loom. I can record my screen, explain ideas, train my team, and send clear communication without having to schedule another call. That has saved me hours every single week. If you lead a team or manage projects, you know how valuable that is. Another feature I love is being able to record YouTube videos. There are times when I want to study something, reference it later, or share a clipped insight with someone on my team. ScreenApp makes that easy and organized. The AI behind it is what really separates it from everything else. It does more than just record. It helps me think. It pulls out key points. It helps me see what was actually said instead of what I thought was said. That alone improves decision making. If you are in business, sales, leadership, content creation, or even just someone who values clarity, this app is worth having. It removes friction. It creates leverage. And it keeps important conversations from slipping through the cracks. There are a lot of AI tools out there right now. Most of them overpromise. This one delivers. -- Viktor R., 2026-02-13 ### **--- "Transcript" Only worked once which was amazing for the one time it worked and the rest it did not -- Abby_Lepe, 2026-02-03 ### *---- "Don’t waste your time" It doesn’t work. At all. Ever. -- tiffyisahippie, 2026-01-30 ### *---- "Bad!" not even 5 minutes in and we get a free trial? we cant even skip this. 8.33 per month! all the ratings on the app is fake. This also uses ai! they say that ai is gonna take over but all it does is literally nothing! We should have no such thing for a free trial. The ratings are just from the developers. and so on. please don’t play this. -- Maddie-hater, 2026-01-20 ### *---- "Literally can't do anything" This is utterly useless, they want $99 per year and it can't even do what I want. I just want to translate the audio of a video to English and no one can do that. This was recommended to me by AI, which was not one of the options in your stupid questionnaire at the start. Literally utterly useless, this app did absolutely nothing. And then they want $99 a year to do nothing. Thanks for nothing. -- Chbird, 2026-01-03 ### *---- "Stay Away" Like the post called BOGUS, my experience makes me wonder if this is legit. I tried the 3-day trial but found the DELETE button was not active. I wrote Customer Service to request cancellation, have not yet had a reply. I will change my credit card if needed but BE ADVISED! -- Geno50, 2025-11-13 ### *---- "Scam" App charged me immediately $10.99 for the plan, but it never worked and never let me do anything. -- Lockwoohood, 2025-10-16 ### *---- "Apparently Bogus" I was searching for AI tools and was interested in Claude. Somehow in researching and trying to activate Claude this site asked if I wanted to download the Mac application which I selected and downloaded the application. Mistake> The name was different but I thought it may be an application face to interact with the LLM as I was seeking. Wrong again. I chose what I thought was an activation of Claude—power of a thought and intent—and messed up. No customer service number and cancel account did not appear to work or be verified. Not even one star WARNING -- realforrest, 2025-10-08 ### *---- "Too costly for limited use" Price point is way out of line. Too many other AI options out there that can do the same for way less cost. It is a great app, but simply way too costly. -- J.W. Hamilton, 2025-08-18 ### *---- "No free trail" I was looking forward to trying this app out, but they straight up will charge you 50 bucks not even a chance to see if it's even worth it or not so I had to give you one star because if I pay for it and don't like it then I'm out 50 bucks -- firewater2030, 2025-06-30 ### ***** "Very useful" The truth this app is amazing and useful. -- Yankee2 1, 2025-03-25 ### ***** "The best App" Perfecta para mi trabajo.
