1. Delay before opening your app: A bit of time before choosing if you need to open your distracting app. You can have the wait time increase each time you open your app.
2. Interrupt your scrolling: Check your distracting apps for short periods of time so you don't get sucked in.

Can not add Websites to the restrictions
Can not add Websites to the restrictions . The field for websites disappeared. Looks like a bug. Will change my review to 5 stars if it works again.

genau das, was ich gebraucht habe
ständig mails checken… neue chats? aktien? ich hatte schon ein suchtverhalten entwickelt. diese app hat meine schlechte gewohnheit von heute auf morgen umgestellt! leider bugt es hin und wieder aber trotzdem sehr hilfreich!
VPN stopped working
I really like the app, but the VPN block stopped working a while back, it just says [deprecated]. Is there any way to fix that?

Beste Bildschirmzeit-App
Erst mit dieser App konnte ich meine Bildschirmzeit verringern und weniger Zeit auf Social-Media verschwenden, weil ich die Sperre nicht immer wegdrücke, da ich sonst einen Grund angeben müsste. Außerdem wird das Scrollen nach kurzer Zeit unterbrochen, wenn ich, z.B. um etwas nachzuschauen, die App doch freigeschaltet habe und mich dann darauf verloren habe. Ich kann die App nur empfehlen, weil sie auch noch kostenlos ist!

It works fine!
Erfüllt sein Zweck und ist kostenlos
Ich finde das die App ihren Job sehr gut macht. Bisher sind auch keine Fehler aufgetreten oder andere Bugs. Von dem Aussehen/Design der App kann es ab und zu noch etwas schöner aussehen aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Und um es weiterhin kostenlos anbieten zu können würde sich eine kleine Spende an die Entwickler für den Aufwand jedenfalls lohnen!
