Multiple strategies to reduce your screentime
1. Delay before opening your app: A bit of time before choosing if you need to open your distracting app. You can have the wait time increase each time you open your app.

Amazing app but not working recently
I’ve been using this app for a while now and it has benefited me massively. I’ve got a 115 day streak for instagram! However, the app has not been functioning properly recently. The app does not unlock even though I’ve pressed unlock, and it eats up my quota for using the app. Can this be fixed? Thanks!

Show countdown timer on Dynamic Island
Sometimes we are forced to unlock an app for another time just to complete an unfinished task, say finishing a video. A countdown on top will allow us to manage the last minute activities on the app more efficiently.

finally find an app like this, as simple, but as effective, does what it is, loving it so far
Black screen
It’s the best app out there to limit screen time but there’s one big problem. whenever I open the screenzen app to change any settings or whatever, it’s black screen so I can’t do anything. If that was fixed I would 100% only use this app There’s another problem where u could not give permission to this app but it seems to have gotten fixed
it helped me a lot
there’s a lot of customisation options for pretty much everything. it cut down my screen time by 4 hours. if you’re looking for a screen time app this is definitely the one I’d recommend
App of Your Dreams
The app works pretty well for me and you can customize your screen time in pretty much whichever way you want whether it just be certain days, hours, opening limits, times, etc. I’ve noticed it makes me think twice when I want to open a social media app which I like and greatly reduces impulsive use. Sometimes when I’m trying to open an app outside of the hours I’ve allowed, I’ll think twice and actually go catch up on some reading instead. Stellar app 5/5
