1. Retraso antes de abrir tu aplicación: Un poco de tiempo antes de elegir si necesitas abrir tu aplicación que te distrae. Puede hacer que el tiempo de espera aumente cada vez que abra su aplicación.
2. Interrumpe tu desplazamiento: revisa las aplicaciones que te distraen durante períodos cortos de tiempo para no quedar atrapado.
3. Establezca un objetivo para la aplicación y, opcionalmente, bloquéela cuando alcance su límite.
4. Configurable para diferentes días de la semana y hora mediante aplicación.
5. Mensajes como "¿Esto es importante?" antes de abrir la aplicación.
6. Vea su tiempo frente a la pantalla solo para las aplicaciones que le distraen. No te preocupes porque Google Maps te haga perder el tiempo.
7. Bloquea estrictamente tus aplicaciones: ya sea por rangos de tiempo, después de una cierta cantidad de aperturas o ScreenTime. Las aplicaciones estrictamente bloqueadas se pueden ocultar de la pantalla de inicio.
8. Bloquea la Configuración para evitar que cambies tu configuración cuando quieras abrir una aplicación.
9. Respiración y otras actividades para animarte a no tener que abrir la aplicación mientras esperas a que se desbloquee.
10. Rayas para animarte a no exceder tus límites ni anular tu configuración.

App of Your Dreams
The app works pretty well for me and you can customize your screen time in pretty much whichever way you want whether it just be certain days, hours, opening limits, times, etc. I’ve noticed it makes me think twice when I want to open a social media app which I like and greatly reduces impulsive use. Sometimes when I’m trying to open an app outside of the hours I’ve allowed, I’ll think twice and actually go catch up on some reading instead. Stellar app 5/5
Best FREE screen time control app!
This app has pretty much everything you might need for screen time control. And I love that it’s actually FREE. All the other apps only let you block like one app for free and that just hasn’t cut it for me. I love that you have the option to leave an tip instead though. I got this app to help me spend less time scrolling on social media, and it has helped me bring my daily average screen time down a ton. My only note is the “quick disable” function. I wish there was a way to lock that from myself so I don’t get lazy and unlock my apps for a couple hours or something. But I just do my best to be disciplined and I have the whole app count down 60 sec before I can do anything and that seems to be a good enough of a deterrent for me. 9/10 recommend!

Game changer!
ScreenZen has been a game change in trying to cut down in screen time. A set it and forget it was to set up bumper guards for my screen time not getting out of hand.

I was having a hard time holding myself accountable to limiting my social media time and this app has helped tremendously!
Definitely worth it
Although you can (currently) get this app for free, I paid $5 to have it forever. It is a tremendous help in staying focused, quitting doom scrolling, and unnecessarily opening social media every five minutes.
