Multiple strategies to reduce your screentime
1. Delay before opening your app: A bit of time before choosing if you need to open your distracting app. You can have the wait time increase each time you open your app.
2. Interrupt your scrolling: Check your distracting apps for short periods of time so you don't get sucked in.
3. Set an app goal and optionally block when you reach your limit.
4. Configurable for different days of the week and time by app.
5. Messages like "Is this important" before opening your app.
6. See your screen time for only your distracting apps. Don't worry about Google Maps bloating up your time.
7. Strict block your apps: Either for time ranges, after a certain number of opens or ScreenTime. Strict blocked apps can be hidden from the home screen.
8. Locks on Settings to prevent you from changing your settings when you want to open an app.
9. Breathing and other activities to encourage you not to need to open the app while waiting for it to unlock.
10. Streaks to encourage you not to exceed your limits or override your settings.

I found this app from Drew Gooden and I have been using it for I think a year now. This has been the best app for me to control my screen time.
I enjoy how the app lets me choose the amount of times I can open an app instead of have a fixed amount of time I can use the app for, cuz that just leads to me using all the time immediately.
It also lets you set when the timer resets and when it is implemented back; so I can have it reset at 3am and start back at 10:30am :-)
Solid tool
This app has helped me save so much time off social media
it actually works
it’s a great app - many apps don’t work for me because i find ways to bypass it or my procrastination gets the better of me and i overwrite or delete the app (yes i have very poor self control and discipline). this app doesn’t fully restrict as it gives you some downtime to think about whether you really want to access it before unlocking it (and you can a limit to unlocking) so it really works for me in reducing doom scrolling.
since using this app, i’ve reduced social media usage and browsing shopping sites a lot- screen time from 6-7h to 3-4h on average~
it’s so good and everyone should give it a try (and give a tip if you can- this app is really fabulous)
Does not unlock apps most of the time
This app would be great but when I click unlock app the app does not unlock even after the countdown is clearly over so I have to disable blocking in the end.
i love it!!
really good u can adjust every thing and i went from 8hr a day to 2 hr a day it is really good but it is a bit laggy so if u find it to laggy u can try this app called one sec it is like screen zen but i think its less laggy but one sec is not as good as screen zen as there are limited options but overall it is really good
Good!
Can include more stricter rules for blocking apps and making it more customisable.
i love the creator sm ty
