I really struggled with screen time on my phone, but this app has helped a lot. I'm still on my phone more than I'd like to be, but it's better than before. The functionality is based on a very simple principle, but it works and helps you keep your app usage more under control.

Does everything I wanted an app of this type to do, without intrusive apps or predatory monetization. Perfect.

I would recommend to give options - so that i could chose, how long i want to spend in an app. Sometimes, I open social media because of my work and need more time even 5 minutes. sometimes I only check and that is when 2 mins would be enough. That is why I would love more options.

One of the best app, I’ve found. I really really want to praise it, but I cannot. It is very unreliable. Way too often, I need to hit “UNLOCK” button multiple times to actually access the locked app. First hit just does nothing - just increases the daily counter and nothing else. So I hit my daily limit of 5 but I actually open my app 2 times. Very confusing. iPhone 15 Pro ; iOS 17.6 and 17.7 Edit: Same problems even after upgrade to iOS 18.1
