Multiple strategies to reduce your screentime

Me ha salvado bastante. Te da la opción para activar un temporizador y detenerte de cambiar los ajustes que ya has configurado. Yo lo puse en 15 minutos y eso hace que si quisiese caer en las garras de la procrastinación, tendría que esperar todo ese tiempo para poder activar las apps que te hacen perder el tiempo (lo cual me da tiempo para recapacitar y volverme a centrar en lo importante). Cuando pueda donaré para apoyar la causa. Gran app.
