1. Delay before opening your app: A bit of time before choosing if you need to open your distracting app. You can have the wait time increase each time you open your app.
2. Interrupt your scrolling: Check your distracting apps for short periods of time so you don't get sucked in.
3. Set an app goal and optionally block when you reach your limit.
4. Configurable for different days of the week and time by app.
5. Messages like "Is this important" before opening your app.
6. See your screen time for only your distracting apps. Don't worry about Google Maps bloating up your time.
7. Strict block your apps: Either for time ranges, after a certain number of opens or ScreenTime. Strict blocked apps can be hidden from the home screen.
8. Locks on Settings to prevent you from changing your settings when you want to open an app.

Really great app
It has really helped me cut down on my use of apps like TikTok without having to delete them. Only fault is that it doesn’t let you change the daily open goal to anything less than 5 per day. And I would really like the option of notifications every 5 mins for example to see how long I’m using the app. Other than that it’s a really good app especially because apples version of it is so bad.

I have dreaded for long trying to find a solution for my endless scrolling on social media and deleting the apps will just not work for me because I have important stuff on there. So downloading this app gave me a chance to break my awful pattern of scrolling mindlessly without even thinking. I just put in a reminder so it reminds me every ten minutes “why are you checking this” or “is it important” and those words often help me shut down the apps and do something more useful with my time. They also have a setting where you can make your apps on the home screen look dull and dark which makes them look less attractive which helps a lot. As a teen you know that to much social media will ruin your life and make you sad and anxious but not many of us want to take that big step and delete all social media because that will make us feel left out of everything but this app is the solution for everyone out there with a phone addiction.
Great app and you can customize it to all of your needs depending on what you need.

5 star if there was an option to not countdown the minutes for when I’ve locked the screen on YouTube. I only use this app beacuse I wasted hours per day on Instagram reels and YouTube shorts. I don’t want to stop listening to my podcasts on YouTube when training or working.

This app is completely free (as of my knowledge) and it is really good without apps and really helps me with using my phone less. It ALSO has features like that you have to walk steps to unlock an app or take a breathing excersize and more and all of these are customizable
