Fix the app. Cant do anything without a popup saying something went wrong every 2 seconds. Unusable
The app is quick and easy, and now that you have introduced apple pay it is almost perfect. However I am giving 2 stars because of 2 significant (and needless problems) 1 - you can’t cancel orders using the app. 2 - you can’t leave a product review using the app. You can do these things via the website but there lies the problem - if you have the app installed on your device you cannot login to screwfix.com because it automatically opens the app every time. Very frustrating
I was browsing through many outdoor lights. If you stop and want pull an item back down to take a look, an annoying menu appears obscuring the item you wanted to look at. App deleted.
Wanted to use this to avoid the annoying sign in 12 digit code at the store. The app works but won’t let me register or login (login screen flashes briefly then goes blank) Update - the developer has done a cut and paste response- tried again - still does not work - same problem as bed- this is the only app I have a problem with
Very efficient service perfect
Don’t bother to tap on the 12 days of Christmas after following their instructions with the calendar door doesn’t open or you can’t apply the offer to the basket. Seriously Screwfix I would’ve expected a lot better from a company of your size. Your loss as I take my business elsewhere.
I recently tried to use the app. Every time I try to add something to the basket I get an error. If I try to look at the basket I get an error. It I try to use the help option I get an error. Every time I look at other apps and return I need to re login then get an error. Closing the app, Logging out and in, or reinstalling the app all don’t help. None of this is helped by insisting on a stupidly long password.
This did need to be deleted and reinstalled to fix an issue with it Mir loading but all working now.
Tried to use the Exclusive Offers & Messages multiple times, and I get nothing, just this response. "We have no updates. Please check again later." What's the point of giving in-app only deals and not have it working?
