Une application riche d’espoir qui est devenue progressivement désespérante du fait de l’absence de mise à jour et de corrections des problèmes. Le souci provient de la synchronisation catastrophique qui s’opère entre l’iPhone et le mac du fait de l’usage de Dropbox. Pourquoi ne pas avoir créé une application qui puisse se synchroniser avec iCloud ? À mon sens, l’application est désormais inutilisable. Seule l’application pour Mac fonctionne encore correctement, mais ne comptez pas travailler en parallèle avec votre iPhone, car vous perdrez tous vos documents. Dommage, tant l’idée de départ était intéressante.

Utilisateur depuis quelques années de la version Mac (actuellement version 3.3.6, quelle déception que les fichiers édités avec la tablette ne soient pas exploitables par mon ordinateur. Ce qui rend, pour moi, l’application complètement inutile sur ma tablette…

Mais car il y a un mais sans Dropbox il est ardu voire impossible de synchroniser un projet entre différents appareils Mac où IOS  via ICloud 
Et encore plus avec Windows même si une version existe de Scrivener

Si vous attendez le minimum, une vague répétition de l'appli sur ordi, enfin une synchro sur votre téléphone quoi... et bien non. C'est juste le foutoir, ça synchronise n'importe quoi n'importe comment, il manque les deux tiers, les noms des fichiers, leur emplacement, c'est le souk, c'est n'importe quoi ... donc non n'achetez pas (ils osent faire payer), pour ne perdre votre argent et surtout ne pas laisser votre travail dans les mains de ceux qui ne le font pas ... leur travail.

Autant la version Mac est performante autant la version iPad est approximative. La version iPad est de toute façon moins aboutit que la version iMac. Les synchronisation entre iMac et iPad aboutissent régulièrement à des documents en conflit et à des synchronisations qu’il faut refaire. Quand il y a beaucoup de petits documents en conflit on a du mal a savoir quel est la version valide, si bien que Scrivener perd beaucoup de ce qui fait son charme : le réarrangement rapide de petits documents reflétant des unités de pensées au sein d’un plus grand. Passer votre chemin si vous espérer travailler avec les deux systèmes. Dans ce cas il vaut mieux se tourner vers d’autres solutions plus fiables.

Super sur mac, inutile sur iPad pour moi. La solution Dropbox est une usine à gaz et m’a fait des noeuds dans quelques documents (grrr), j’ai sorti dropbox par la peau des bits.
Je comprends mal la barrière technique empêchant d’intégrer un accès iCloud mais en attendant la version ios est inutile et dangereuse, frustrant !
Du coup, le quotidien c’est avec Pages ou des brouillons de mail, saupoudrés d’une tripotée de cmd-c/cmd-v. Quel dommage !

J’ai Scrivener sur MacBook Air, iPad et iPhone. Malheureusement la synchronisation avec l’iPhone est nulle. J’utilise Dropbox, je ne comprends pas.

### ****- "L’écriture, c’est la liberté, Pourquoi être prisonnier de Dropbox?"
C’est une superbe application permettant de faire un travail approfondi et de capitaliser recherches, commentaires et relectures par des pairs ou un éditeur. J’ai un iPad, un Mac et un iPhone. Je n’ai aucune raison d’avoir un compte Dropbox (personne n’est parfait). J’ai enfin trouvé comment partager mes projets sur iCloud. Créer le projet sur iCloud à partir du Mac ou copier le .scriv de l’iPad sur iCloud. Faire attention que l’ouverture du projet dans iCloud sur le Mac le modifie alors que les modification iPad ne sont pas répercutées automatiquement. En attendant mieux point de vue synchro, je passe de trois à quatre étoiles.

This is a marvelous application that allows to create a deep workout and gather research, comments, and reviews from peers or editors. I have an iPad, a Mac, and an iPhone. I have no reason to create a Dropbox account (no body’s perfect). At last, I found a way to share my projects on iCloud. Create it on iCloud from the Mac or copy the .scriv from the iPad to iCloud. Be aware that any modification on Mac is immediately updated in iCloud where the modifications on iPad will need to save the iCloud version to replace it with that of the iPad. Expecting a better and automatic syncing mechanism, I raise my quotation from three to four stars.

Je voulais le tester afin de retoucher un livre ePub. N’étant pas conçu pour ça, j’ai demandé le remboursement, car ayant dû l’acheter pour le tester. Cela m’a été refusé. Je préviens donc ceux qui comme moi déploreraient l’absence d’une version d’essai en pensant pouvoir la tester et se faire rembourser si le test s’avère négatif …

L’abandon des mises à jour depuis plus de 2 ans a rendu l’app inopérante. C’est un abandon des utilisateurs nomades que nous sommes devenus. 
Le risque peut être lors des synchro de perdre des données, en revanche la désorganisation de nos projets est quasi systématique. 
 Dommage. Cela nous pousse à trouver d’autres solutions logiciel, plus moderne, plus pérenne. Il est temps d’aller voir ailleurs.

Une application merveilleuse, n’hésitez plus à la télécharger ! Je trouve vraiment cette appli impeccable, aucun défaut, à part peut-être qu’au début, cela peu paraître un peu complexe à comprendre car il y a pleins de possibilités et de détails mais ça va très vite à comprendre. Superbe.

J’ai acheté cette application afin de pouvoir travailler et de mon mac et de mon iPad résultat au premier test le travail est totalement détruit par un fichier compromis lors d’une synchronisation via Dropbox imposée qui plus est. 
Je me demande pourquoi les développeurs ont bâclé à ce point l’application iPad alors que la version Mac fonctionne quant à elle plutôt bien. 
Déception et désenchantement totals sur l’application.

Dommage, l’outil est plutôt bien pensé. Facile d’utilisation. Si vous n’avez pas besoin de synchronisation entre vos différents appareils cette appli est pour vous, si vous voulez une synchronisation entre votre MacBook et votre iPad, oubliez cette appli. ### ***-- "Bien, mais c’est l’enfer de la sauvegarde"
Mon dieu comme c’est compliqué de ne pas avoir de problème de synchronisation de sauvegarde. Vous passez d’un appareil à l’autre en aillant bien insisté sur la sauvegarde, et paf des fichiers sont rompus, en « conflit ». 

Il faudrait pouvoir choisir notre emplacement de sauvegarde. Tout le monde le réclame. Dropbox C’est vraiment pas un cadeau. 

Tout ça c’est dommage parce que dans la pratique l’application iPad est chouette une fois acclimaté. Sur iPhone c’est plus délicat pour la mise en page. 

Bref, c’est pas loin d’être super, mais je ne peux pas travailler dessus et risquer de perdre d’avantage mon travail. Je passe chez la concurrence.

J’utilise depuis des années sur Mac et ce portage sur iOS est très réussi.
Dommage que la synchro ne se fasse que via Dropbox qui limite désormais à 3 appareils... sans ça j’aurais certainement pris aussi la version Windows pour écrire en toutes circonstances...
