## ScrollBreak Description
Walk first. Scroll later.

ScrollBreak locks your most addictive apps until you hit your daily step goal. No willpower needed - just walk, and your apps unlock automatically.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps you want to limit
2. Set your daily step goal
3. Walk to unlock - apps stay blocked until you move

KEY FEATURES
- Step-based app blocking powered by HealthKit
- Custom blocking schedule (choose your active hours)
- Real-time step tracking with progress ring
- Streak tracking to build healthy habits
- Emergency unlock for when you truly need access
- Beautiful dark UI with smooth animations

WHY SCROLLBREAK?
Most screen time tools rely on willpower. ScrollBreak takes a different approach: earn your screen time by moving. It turns a daily walk into the key that unlocks your phone.

Built for people who want less scrolling and more living.
