HOW IT WORKS

1. Create Modes — Choose which apps to block (or which to allow—block everything else)
2. Set Schedules — Automatic locks that activate when you need them. Night mode from 11pm-7am. Focus mode on weekdays. You decide.
3. Start Instant Locks — Lock yourself out right now when you need immediate focus
4. Exercise to Unlock — Complete your mission to regain access. Pushups or squats—your choice at unlock time.
5. Need a Quick Break? — The "Take a Break" feature gives you temporary access (1-30 minutes) after a mini workout. Lock resumes automatically.
