Non si riesce a impostare l’auto diving in quanto quanto le istruzioni riportate nell’app non sono corrette Ricordarsi di far partire l’app prima di cominciare l’’immersione è davvero una scocciatura. Andrea Fischetti

Con l’ultimo aggiornamento, non si apre più la applicazione

Oggi è il 28 novembre 2024 e con l’ultimo aggiornamento iPhone 15 Pro non si apre più l’applicazione ti dà una schermata blu dove non puoi più procedere. Non vedo più il mio profilo aperto da quasi due anni ed è circa due settimane che sto cercando di chiedere l’assistenza, ma non mi viene fornita

Se l’applicazione non risponde, non si può re installare, nessuno ti supporta, che fai in vacanza ??? Noleggi un computer perché l’Apple Watch ultra non è più usabile Peccato sarebbe facile e bella se funzionasse Poi grave è che si spegne oltre 40 metri

Problemi di utilizzo

Sono istruttore subacqueo e uso questa app come backup di computer professionali. Ultimamente - oltre alle ben note limitazioni - presenta Moltissimi errori nell’utilizzo come ritardo nella attivazione della modalità immersione anche di parecchi minuti, ritardo nella chiusura dell’ immersione. Registro nel logbook di immersioni anche quando in superficie. Errori nel calcolo dell’intervallo di superficie e del tempo di non volo. Una applicazione con ottime potenzialità, ma del tutto improvvisata e priva delle più banali informazioni di sicurezza.

Unusable software for a good hardware

I am diving with Apple Watch for two years and one year with Oceanic Dive Housing. Despite these devices are exceptionally well designed and manufactured, it’s impossible to trust them underwater because if this software. The Watch app depth and ascend rate are incredibly inaccurate. Sometimes it alerts you “Slow down” when you’re sitting still on a reef hook. Sometimes it doesn’t alert you when you fly up 10m in 3 seconds, when you have a stuck inflator button. This software renders using an Apple Watch as a dive computer dangerous, thus the opposite of what you’d expect from it. Ah, yes, if you don’t update your phone and watch to the latest OS, you may find yourself in the middle of the ocean with a nice looking watch on your wrist that doesn’t work as a dive computer. The iPhone app for the housing is just garbage. When you buy a housing for 600 euro and spend another 140 euro annually for a subscription for it to function properly, what you occasionally get underwater is just a brick.

Problemi con iwatch

Ho un abbonamento annuale. Tutto bene fino ad un mese fa poi crash continuamente tra app e iwatch. Ho scritto ai vari supporti tecnici, mail, Messenger , ecc.. ,ma nulla. Nessuna risposta, ma intanto io continuo 1) a pagarla; 2) ad averne bisogno in mare. per l’app .Direi 7 per il suo uso, ma zero per l’assistenza all’abbonato!
