Very helpful
It’s good application
As a diving instructor, my experience with the Oceanic dive computer app on the Apple Watch has been frustrating due to a significant issue. The app ends the dive whenever I go shallower than three meters, even though I'm not on the surface. This creates several problems: 1. Dive Termination: The dive ends prematurely whenever I go shallower than three meters, which often happens when diving around reefs, then the screen freezes completely, showing me the dive curve and mistakenly thinking I’m on the surface. I can’t do anything to adjust the computer or restart it. 2. Locked Controls: Once the dive ends, the watch locks and I can't restart the dive underwater. This forces me to surface and reset the dive, disrupting the flow of the dive and wasting valuable time and facing problems with my students to equalize again. 3. Impact on Training: This issue disrupts my lessons, making it difficult to maintain effective training sessions for my students. Having to surface and reset the device is impractical and goes against standard diving practices, and I have to re-do the training dives from the beginning to match the training standard of the diving organization. This malfunction significantly hampers the efficiency and safety of my dives. I urge the developers to address this issue to make the app reliable for professional diving. If unresolved, I may have to invest in a more dependable dive computer. -Suggested Solution- A simple fix: Just ask me with a vibration, "Are you on the surface?" and allow me to double-click to resume the dive. If there's no response, then I'm definitely on the surface. Simple.
The app is not syncing with the watch Both are on the latest update Restarted both Reseted both The same problem still exists No one answering the emails and Apple support says its an app issue So now its just a apple watch but expensive Get a Garmin mk2s and get rid of the headache
Some time he's stuck and he can't give correct numbers.
Good App for diving 👌🏼🤿
First of all the app doesn’t synchronize with the phone no matter how much I tried to sync it the provider of the app doesn’t answer emails or complaints just get a diving computer and avoid all the headache
As a free diver We need to show on the screen Current dive time Last dive time Surface time Temperature Number of dive Please update the app to get the free dive options on it.
Can’t wait until it integrates with my tank.
