Just can’t can’t past this screen no matter what I do. Frustrating and dangerous having to dive with this as my primary dive computer and depth gauge. Super dangerous. Better think thrice if you are counting on this for your dive safety
Instead of creating an account, all this app does is putting you on the email newsletter list upon „subscribing“. Collecting data, email addresses, etc … this is exactly all! No response to emails sent to them as well.

I recently went on a diving trip and, unfortunately, the Oceanic+ app on my Apple Watch Ultra was completely unusable. The app wouldn’t open for the entire duration of my trip, even though I paid for a subscription specifically to use it as my dive computer. I ended up relying on a friend’s spare dive computer, which saved my trip, but this experience was very disappointing. I expected better reliability from a paid app. Oceanic, please address these technical issues so other divers don’t face the same frustration in the future.
The free and paid subscription is making the app super wonky!! The banner on top keeps jumping even after I subscribed to a plan! AND I can’t get the app to open on my Ultra! This is the most ridiculous gadget and app I’ve ever bought!!
Good app. Please keep improving. And maybe consider to provide few days subscribe option instead of min. Monthly. Many non-active dive maybe will consider invest apple watch with you app.
Non-stop asking to press and turn off the water, so I cannot use it in dive. Checked in Apple Store, and was told there is no problem with my hardware. So basically cannot use it … have to stop the subscription, therefore. Pls help!
Good app to invest. Had my first dive and had all the info I needed and prompted safety stop when I exceeded bottom time. No more worries for my future dives!
Subscribed the one-day service to try out the app/Ultra for my dive. But it keeps saying mine is the “free” plan.
