It used to work but today it just shows the Scubapro logo and nothing else.
I was upgraded and now the app doesn’t open! May have lost all my dive history! Ridiculous!
Update : scuba pro has Released an Update which has fixed the Problem, customer Service was very helpful to Figure out and fix tke issue Purchased a G2 and Qry 2 G3s for our family, trying to use the app on this Apple iPhone 14 cannot even get past the login screen after putting in the birthdate it just goes to a white screen. Tried all the normal stuff removed app , restarted phone etc… tried a dozen times same issue.
This new version is worse than the previous version. There is no iPad support. You have to manually change all the units.
Just upgraded from older version and uploaded 80 dives from my G2. The upgrade and the upload went well with no complaint. But this is a poor upgrade from the early version to this new 2.0 version. Here are the three major issues. 1. This was an iPad app but now I am stuck with an iPhone size app on an iPad. For someone who wishes to use just an iPhone this may be acceptable but with a larger iPad it is a waste of visual real estate to not have it set for an iPad. You would think that SCUBAPRO could build both an iPhone and an iPad size app. 2. There is no way to globally update multiple dives. For example, I just came back from 8 dives in Cozumel, where I dived an 80 cu-ft steel tank. I can change a individual dive to a different size tank but I can’t change all 8 at once. That should be an easy thing to do. It would make entering location information more practical. 3. You can look at a lot of information for one dive but you can’t look at information from multiple dives. An example would be wanting to see how your air consumption changed over the course of multiple dives. I give the app 3 stars because it does the basic stuff but it doesn’t earn additional stars.
This is not up dating dives. I will have to travel 45-minutes to the dive shop I bought this from to get help.It is not intuitive. I wish I had gone with a different brand. Scubapro is not customer service friendly. When I have called, they have two techs who get flustered easily.
How do you get past the Logo Screen? I have done all the tricks toget the app to work I even did a password reset. Still stuck I just purchased a HUD and I am excited about using it, but will keep my aqualung computer so I can use their digital log.
I had to create a new account, the app would never see my G2 dive computer even though my iPhone and my dive computer shown that they were connected. I deleted the new app and continued to use the old app because I had 3 dives to log from today.
I was able to quickly connect and download my dives from my G2. On the next dive I selected download only new dives and it worked perfectly. Would like to see an interface with the SSI logbook as that is where all my previous dives are logged.
