## SD-Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "App"
This app is horrible & very outdated it’s the worst app with scheduling I’ve ever used.
-- Marly don, 2025-08-05

### *---- "New update"
Freezes constantly and have to force quit and restart.
Still no fix , this app is costing me money and time. Swift link was better than this garbage.
-- halo starkiller, 2025-06-13

### *---- "Trash"
Service desk and all related technology is beyond outdated. I have pleaded with them for nearly 5 years to get with the times. No change. I can’t believe how much $$ I paid for this software, and still paying monthly fees. Do not buy this outdated garbage. I like to be professional and my customers expect me to. Part of this is staying current with modern, common business technology. There are many current options at a fraction of the price and are infinitely better!
-- jordmode, 2025-06-02

### *---- "Keeps Crashing"
Keeps crashing Everytime you go back out of a job. Other items are questionable also.
-- AplRepairerer, 2025-05-12

### *---- "Poorly optimized for iOS"
The app is virtually unusable on my brand new iPhone 16 Pro. Text boxes are covered up by the keyboard I’m typing with so I can’t see anything. Tabs also hang up so I have to switch to an alternate tab and then back to the one I wanna use again to get it to unfreeze. This app has been terrible to use since day one.
-- Superdave8200, 2025-05-06

### ***** "How we sing for this app"
I used this app in another company, I like to use it for my new business
-- ovallesa, 2024-12-30

### ***** "How do you sign up for this"
How does my company sign up for this ?
-- Ron’s Appliance repair, 2023-02-27

### ***** "Great upgrade"
Once you get the hang of it, really good. Import blue book , plus prior history. Call customers and take quick pics right from software.
-- ryan niles, 2021-10-12

### *---- "Terrible layout."
Not user friendly at all. At least in the old version you could see al, the pertinent information or complete an invoice all on a single screen. Having to switch screens and open and close drop down menus to get the information you need or to complete parts orders and invoices is a step backward, not an improvement.
-- MDodge314, 2021-01-21

### *---- "Horrible"
The new version is worst then the old version. Too many bugs and too many steps to navigate and close a work order. Time is money. And this version do not have that in mind.
