## SDC Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "What the heck happened?"
This app used to work well, but now it is useless. You cannot view your card details, your claims, or find a dentist. What is even the point?
-- ThatHard2PleaseLady, 2026-01-29

### ***** "Zero stars"
App does absolutely nothing. Can’t use it to pull up my card, kicks me out. Find a dentist is just a blank white screen. Tried to see what my plan covers, have no clue since I can’t see it.
-- Amiemama1, 2026-01-19

### *---- "Just BAD!"
Haven’t been able to use this app in a while. I continuously get an error when trying to login, I can’t reset my password or even retrieve my username. Terrible app!!
-- Sleepingbeauty6969, 2025-12-19

### *---- "App Issues"
The app does not show my dental card, deductibles or any plan information
-- Ello12333, 2025-10-07

### *---- "Horrible"
Nothing works. Can’t access cards or look at plan details. App is a joke!
-- Brandgd06, 2025-08-12

### ****- "Worked as needed"
I was able to sign in using the login information I set up on their website. I logged in successfully and got the membership information I needed.
-- Thunderflame, 2025-03-11

### *---- "Won’t let me register"
Downloaded this app however unable to register keep getting error message
-- Writing___, 2024-10-12

### *---- "No longer works"
The app worked fine for a while until it didn’t. Now it won’t open. I keep getting an error message saying, “an unexpected error has occurred, please try again later.”
-- Tina A14, 2024-09-19

### *---- "Can’t register"
Spent the last 15 minutes trying to register. Every time I get the same message “an error occurred. Please try again” I’ve tried so many times with so many different usernames and passwords. Ive exited out and re-opened it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. I’ve tried “forgot my username” in case somehow I already had an account… same thing. This app just doesn’t work….
-- $&@?!$&!, 2024-09-10

### *---- "Garbage!"
So far this app has been a complete waste of time. Can’t even register my account because of something with my password selection but I can’t even see what it’s talking about to fix it.
