## SDCCU Reviews in United States

### *---- "Mobile App is Inconvenient"
The app is a burden and trying to use it is an absolute nightmare. It kicks you out and doesn’t allow Face ID after authorizing it. You need your account number just to change your password. Half the time I can’t even reset my password because it says the app isn’t working atm. I recommend that they build off of Redwood Credit Unions app. I rely so much on mobile banking that I am considering switching banks just based on this awful app they refuse to update.

### ***-- "NFC wrong email"
I’m being charged when I have all precautions in place. Apparently without proper notification.
I am very disappointed in SDCCU and it has cost me several hundreds of dollars!
, the email that was supposed to be for transaction alerts was one that is not mine. Thus, money is being systematically ta

### ***** "SDCCU"
I really like this bank! It took me awhile to learn the App but now I finally understand how convenient it is! Also every banker & Teller in there treat you like you are one of their friends! They go above and beyond to help you!!
-- Staciebray44, 2025-12-23

### *---- "Pays horribly miserly interest"
SDCCU is extremely stingy on interest rates. Their regular savings account, and money market accounts also, only pay an appallingly low 0.05% At NFCU, where I also have the same kind of account, it is 0.25%. Still not a super rate, but 5 TIMES HIGHER than SDCCU!!! Don’t keep any of your money at SDCCU, you will be getting ripped off.
-- DJP111, 2025-12-23

### ***** "Great institution"
I’ve been with SDCCU since 1987. Very good credit union. They would be perfect if they had a branch in RSD.
-- tele-eddie, 2025-12-16

### *---- "Buggy and issues"
Used to work, but not so good anymore. Camera flips image on deposit. iPad no longer supported, stupid!
-- nippondaimyo, 2025-12-10

### ***** "I love you SDCCU!"
You are the best Bank 👍👍👍
-- Martin from San Diego, 2025-11-20

### *---- "Terrible"
Clunky UI, missing basic things like ACH transfers, basically the only thing worse than their return rates.
-- Clanktron, 2025-11-15

### **--- "Mobile app inconsistent"
The mobile app has been difficult and inconsistent. Sometimes when taking a snapshot of a check for mobile deposit the photo and account info defaults to an empty form and I have to start over again. I’ve had to go the local branch for help at least twice.
-- 25 bananas, 2025-11-10

### ***-- "Flakey login"
App works fine the 50% of the time I can login. The other half of the time it just kicks me back to the login screen after completing 2FA.
