Talk about going backwards. I think they made the Schneider version in a day. They couldn’t just transfer over the old app and put their name on it? Sad. It’s missing so many basic features. They don’t even have the line voltages. Everything important seems missing. Super basic and no landscape mode. I guess they never heard of an IPad. This thing is getting chucked in the garbage and I’m an electrical contractor. Looking elsewhere. -- hgtggdyh, 2026-08-17 ### *---- "Poor app" Wish they didn’t change to this useless app, don’t even use the square D home energy monitor anymore, won’t learn new appliances -- Red cunt, 2026-07-29 ### *---- "Cmon" Please rollback to the old UI where it was somewhat reasonable to understand. You have got to get this app fixed. Constant connectivity issues as well as a completely unintelligent design makes this worthy of no stars. -- eyedontswanna, 2026-07-28 ### *---- "Does not work with brand new x series dimmers" App is useless will not connect to dimmers tried all trouble shooting steps. Just pay more and avoid square D if you want a mater device -- gunter smith berry pop, 2026-07-27 ### *---- "Crickets" At this point, I’d rather go back to PG&E. System doesn’t run right .Schneider support doesn’t even even know what system I have. -- downthere, 2026-07-24 ### *---- "My kid could prompt a better app that this." As all the reviews say they took a working app and gave us this garbage. Won’t even buy anything from them again. -- Mostvp, 2026-06-30 ### *---- "Trash" Previous app was great. Whoever designed this, contemplated this and approved this should be fired. I wish I could leave no star. Shame on you -- KillaBee406, 2026-06-10 ### *---- "Made Our Sense Monitor Useless!" This forced app change has been a horrible experience! The company promised it would keep our Sense monitors up and going, but I can’t even get the app to read the monitor- it gets stuck in a “monitor setup required” loop and never gets past that step. Have tried reaching out to support multiple times, with zero response. Highly disappointed. -- soundguybob, 2026-05-27 [View all Schneider Home reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Schneider Home Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/se-monitor-GIrp/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/se-monitor-GIrp/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
