## Sears Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible"
This app has no back button to go back to list after you click on an item, literally one of the worst designed apps I’ve used
-- diceSuey, 2025-08-05

### *---- "The worst company that i experience"
All they did was RESCHEDULE for so many times and they never come!
This company was not reliable and all they where doing is RESCHEDULE and we the costumer was the one who was suffering!!!
-- hc2r, 2025-07-25

### *---- "App"
Your app has lots of bugs , worst app , need to make sure the app works on the phone not just on a computer kept going blank on me got rid of the app check out the app in Spanish that one works unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish
-- cesca63, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Buyer Beware"
Seriously not Sears! Items on this site are third party and there is no way to cancel a wrong order and the return process is stuck. Plus my item shipped out from Amazon and when I tried the gift receipt return code it offered $100 less than what was paid for the item. Then when I contacted the vendor Tekcom Shop USA they are not responding. I think Sears is trying to be another Amazon without the customer care and support.
-- AweSIS, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Get a better app developer SEARS"
This app is poorly made. Has adds, freezes up and is not user friendly. It is not intuitive at all. I got it to manage my card since the card has no app but I gave up on the click out click click click and the freezes. Don’t bother…
