Having a difficult time contacting these guys post payment, their pre ticket sale service is good until they take your money. Please avoid -- BaD_BoY_I-POD, 2026-02-06 ### *---- "Poor app" Tried to use my web account for the app but cannot: won’t save and doesn’t highlight what the problem is, when trying to save No basic functions like autofill and password view are enabled WhatsApp support send me a robotic agentic answer that was totally unrelated to my problem. Very poor app and customer service Deleted and just using their website now -- Orence1966, 2026-01-31 ### *---- "Avoid buying" Bought tickets from them for me my wife and my daughter. Was consequently moved to different seats and then split up too. Tried to contact them and had no resolutions and just told that it was in there terms and conditions. Terrible service, abysmal company, don’t bother using them -- Gf1983, 2025-08-23 ### *---- "AVOID AT ALL COSTS" An ethical, unprofessional disgraceful set up based in Dubai with zero customer support or care. I thought I had bought two tickets stage facing in row 31 for Dua lipa however they sent me two tickets not next to each other and were in the corner of Wembley and further back in rows 76 so were inferior - not the same or upgraded to original booking as per their terms.  Kept sending me stock responses about terms and conditions that tickets can change snd would not address age issue, and fact that tickets were inferior. An absolute disgrace of a company. To top things off the uk number supplied in their emails did not work. Absolute scammers. Info people at Wembley stadium said they were notoriously bad and to avoid. Recommended TickX and AXS tickets as tend to sell at face values and are ethical- don’t make same mistake as me!! -- JennyWallace01, 2025-06-21 ### *---- "🚨SCAM 🚨SCAM🚨SCAM" Do not purchase from this site. Total Scam. They will be the first to call you the moment you visit the site and take your money. Please don’t fall into the trap like I did. This site should be shut down and owners should be locked up in Jail. They advertised a game firstly on a wrong date 25/05 and game was on the 24/05 then send tickets after the game is over on 25/05. They also not contacted if you needed help. Bought a game ticket to treat my 8 year son on his birthday and after his told all his friends as he was looking forward to his first life game. You can image the crying when I broke the news that it was not going to happen because I got scammed by this site. Made all attempts to speak to someone but was a waste of time. Tried they WhatsApp chat and ended up wit a Robot that was no use. Scam scam scam -- No dreams!, 2025-05-25 ### *---- "Total jokers. Scam artists" Do not use this company -- Philbyk1, 2025-04-16 ### *---- "SCAM" I bought category 1 gold tickets I checked with their team before buying they guaranteed pairs seating. They sent the tickets 2 hours before the game each tickets was in a different section and only 2 out of 8 tickets was actually in the gold category. I tried to get support and they kept sending general response like terms and conditions ..etc. phone number doesn’t work. They stopped responding -- FYMAY, 2025-02-08 ### *---- "Thieves" Please do not use this company for any tickets they left me 3 hrs from home with 2 children and no tickets after promising there was no issue with the tickets.
