## sEATz Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great service/Great Concept!"
The ballpark service is just great, friendly and professional
-- Jold1955, 2025-05-11

### *---- "Doesn’t accept any of my credit cards"
I used to use this app all the time at my local minor league baseball games, but this season it has given me an error every time I try to checkout, saying unable to add credit card. Tried several different cards with the same result. iPhone 14, app and iOS are up to date.
-- bdb218, 2024-06-04

### *---- "Horrible App"
It just does not work. Won’t take my credit card, won’t let me search password list for logon, locks me out of the app.
-- TRI_REX, 2024-06-01

### *---- "The App Is A Swing and a Miss!"
I am sitting at event and the app won’t recognize or pull up the ball game I’m at. Location services are turned on on my iPhone. My cell service is full. Delete and reinstalled the app to no avail.
-- clemsonfan, 2024-04-24

### ***** "The best App ON GOD"
Want to eat? Dont want to leave your seat? Would you like a little treat? How bout some hot dog meat?

sEATz.
-- King of Archery, 2023-05-06

### **--- "When you message them in the app, they email you back!"
It typically takes 45 minutes to get your food. Shockingly, there’s a provision where you can message them within the app. But the replies come via email! No, I don’t check my email when I’m at a football game. Not part of the app per se, but in my experience you’re a whole lot better to smuggle in a hotdog or hamburger then you are to buy food at a sports venue. Perfectly happy to fit to pay 5 times the price but the quality is unbelievably bad.
-- Interface Wiz, 2022-10-15

### ***** "Bojangles Dugout"
This was our first time and it was AWESOME!! Will be making this a seasonal thing!
-- Jaydlebug, 2022-09-02

### ***** "Cool and sooo convenient"
Every ball park should have this! Quick and convenient and don’t miss the game.
-- BSlingDing, 2022-07-14

### *---- "Order was placed and didn’t get to almost an hour later"
Horrible!!!
-- eca48ec, 2022-02-28

### *---- "Horrible"
Ordered 2 Ultras 50 minutes ago. Said they were delivering 15 minutes back. Service is the worst ever.
