The app is not the easiest to use, and most of the staff members I dealt with were not helpful and maybe even rude. I like your drinks and products but really the staff makes it an awful experience every time, I always gets the worst service even in different branches around cairo

Islam El fadaly ( korba branch ) is such a helpful and decent man, he welcomed me with a smile and made me my fav cup, amazing service , very satisfied ❤️
